17 de personas privadas de la libertad del centro de rehabilitación social de Riobamba, dieron positivos por coronavirus, así lo informó el servicio nacional de atención en un comunicado, según las autoridades adecuaron espacios para que los casos positivos realizan el aislamiento correspondiente.
